Export units that go through the customs declaration and inspection and release procedures with the customs in a paperless manner are exempted from submitting the paper certificate of the export license. The customs will verify the electronic certificate of the export license through online verification of the export license and will no longer conduct paper export license verification. Face-to-face endorsement. The export license issuing agency shall carry out extension, change, write-off and other operations based on the export license usage status, customs clearance data, etc. fed back by the customs.
If the paper certificate of the export license needs to be verified due to management needs or other circumstances, the export unit shall submit a supplementary paper certificate, or go through the customs declaration and inspection and release procedures with the customs in a paper-based manner.
